Terms & Conditions – Minimalist Plan

₹2,999/year – 2 Visits/Year

1. Scope of Services:
   • Pest Control: 2 scheduled visits annually
   • Includes general pest treatment covering cockroaches, ants, silverfish, and rodents.
2. Eligibility:
   • Applicable for 1–2 BHK residential units up to 1,000 sq ft and approved by NFP.
   • Additional area beyond 1,000 sq ft will incur extra charges at ₹2.50/sq ft per visit.
   • Not valid for commercial or industrial premises.
3. Scheduling:
   • Visits must be booked at least 7 days in advance via NFP portal/app.
   • Visits can be availed every 6 months.
4. Rescheduling & Cancellations:
   • Rescheduling allowed up to 24 hours prior.
   • Missed appointments without prior notice will be counted as a visit used.
5. Safety & Compliance:
   • Occupants must vacate treatment areas for up to 2 hours post-service.
   • Eco-safe, government-approved products are used.
6. Exclusions:
   • Termite, bed bug, or bee hive treatments not included.
   • Pest-related damage repair is not covered.

Terms & Conditions – Standard Plan

₹5,499/year – 4 Visits/Year

1. Scope of Services:
   • Pest Control: 2 visits/year
   • Home Cleaning: 1 visit/year (kitchen, bathroom, floors)
   • Home Organizing: 1 visit/year (storage and space optimization)
2. Eligibility:
   • For homes up to 1,200 sq ft under NFP framework.
   • Additional space beyond 1,200 sq ft will be charged:
     • Cleaning: ₹1.50/sq ft
     • Pest Control: ₹2.00/sq ft
     • Organizing: ₹1.50/sq ft
3. Scheduling:
   • Services must be booked at least 10 days in advance.
   • Only 1 service can be scheduled per calendar month.
4. Rescheduling & Cancellations:
   • Free rescheduling up to 48 hours before the appointment.
   • No-shows or late cancellations forfeit the visit.
5. Cleaning & Organizing Scope:
   • Cleaning includes floor scrubbing, sink descaling, and cabinet wipe-downs.
   • Organizing includes rearranging storage and decluttering for up to 2 rooms; extra rooms billed at ₹400/room.
6. Exclusions:
   • Deep cleaning of upholstery or appliances not covered.
   • User must dispose of garbage prior to the visit.

Terms & Conditions – Comprehensive Plan

₹10,999/year – 6 Visits/Year

1. Scope of Services:
   • Pest Control: 2 visits/year
   • Home Cleaning: 1 visit/year
   • Home Organizing: 1 visit/year
   • Chimney Cleaning: 1 visit/year
   • Garden Maintenance: 1 visit/year
2. Eligibility:
   • For NFP homes up to 1,500 sq ft.
   • Additional area charged as follows:
     • Home Services: ₹2.50/sq ft
     • Pest Control: ₹2.00/sq ft
     • Garden area over 300 sq ft billed at ₹3/sq ft
3. Scheduling:
   • Minimum 7-day advance booking.
   • Max one visit every 45 days.
4. Rescheduling & Cancellations:
   • 2 free reschedules per year. Further changes: ₹199 per request.
   • Cancellations under 24 hours count as a used visit.
5. Service Details:
   • Chimney Cleaning: Soot, grease, and blockage removal.
   • Garden Maintenance: Pruning, mowing, watering, weeding (basic).
6. Exclusions:
   • Appliance repairs, pest fumigation, landscape redesign, and heavy decluttering not included.

General Terms for All Plans

• Validity: 12 months from activation date.
• Transferability: Non-transferable across homes or owners.
• Refunds:
  • No refunds after the first service.
  • Pro-rata refunds may be requested if no services have been used.
• Support: Contact NFP service desk within 48 hours of any issue.
• Technician Safety: Service may be refused if the environment is unsafe.
• Pest Control Delivery: Provided by licensed, certified channel partners.
