NoFalsePromise Consolidated Cancellation Policy

1. General Cancellation Policy

You must submit cancellation requests in writing via email at support@nofalsepromise.com or through your account dashboard (if available). We process all requests within 3 business days. Your eligibility for a refund depends on the service or product type and when you cancel.

2. Subscription-Based Services

Monthly Subscriptions:

  • You can cancel anytime.
  • You will keep access until the billing cycle ends.
  • However, we do not offer partial refunds for unused days.

Quarterly and Annual Subscriptions:

  • You may cancel anytime.
  • But refunds apply only if you cancel within 7 days of the first payment.
  • After 7 days, you retain access for the rest of the period, but we do not issue refunds.

3. One-Time Services or Digital Products

Digital Products:

  • We do not refund downloads or accessed digital products.

Consultation Services:

  • You can cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session for a full refund.
  • If you cancel later or miss your session, you will not receive a refund.

4. Custom Projects and Enterprise Contracts

Custom projects require signed agreements that may include unique cancellation rules. Unless stated otherwise:

  • Cancel before work starts to receive 90% of your payment back (we keep 10% for administration).
  • Cancel after work begins and we refund you based on time spent and work done.

5. Force Majeure

Sometimes, events beyond our control — like natural disasters or system failures — cause delays or cancellations. In those cases, we will try to reschedule or offer compensation based on each situation.

6. Policy Updates

We update this policy occasionally. We will notify you by email or platform announcements. Continuing to use our services means you accept any updates.
