At NoFalsePromise (NFP), we are committed to customer satisfaction and delivering value through honest and transparent practices. Our refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted and how they are processed.
1. General Refund Terms
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via support@nofalsepromise.com within the applicable eligibility window.
- All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Processing fees or service charges (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.
2. Subscription Services
Monthly Subscriptions
- No refunds are issued for partial use or mid-cycle cancellations.
- If there are technical issues or service failures attributable to NFP, a prorated refund may be offered at our discretion.
Quarterly/Annual Subscriptions
- Full refund available if canceled within 7 days of the initial subscription payment.
- After 7 days, no refunds are provided, but you will retain access for the remainder of the billing period.
- Exceptions may apply in cases of system errors or service-level breaches by NFP.
3. One-Time Purchases and Digital Products
Digital Downloads or Courses
- All sales are final once the content is accessed or downloaded.
- If you experience access issues or defective files, please contact us within 3 days of purchase for resolution or replacement.
Consultation or Coaching Services
- Full refunds are available if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- No refunds are issued for missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours.
- If you are dissatisfied with the consultation due to service quality, please contact us within 3 days — we evaluate such requests on a case-by-case basis.
4. Custom Services or Enterprise Solutions
- Refunds for custom work depend on the stage of project completion:
- Before project start: 90% refund (10% retained for administrative and planning costs).
- Mid-project: Refunds issued on a pro-rated basis based on completed milestones or hours logged.
- Completed work: No refund unless a breach of contract or failure to deliver as agreed can be demonstrated.
5. Refunds Due to Technical Errors
If you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate transactions or unauthorized charges), please contact us within 14 days of the charge. Verified errors will be fully refunded.
6. Exceptions and Disputes
- We aim to resolve refund disputes promptly and fairly.
- If your situation does not fall clearly into one of the above categories, please contact our support team for a personalized review.
- NFP reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, fraud, or repeated policy violations.
