Overview
At NoFalsePromise, we are committed to ensuring transparency and quality in all aspects of house construction, including the supply of construction materials. This Return of Materials Policy outlines the conditions under which materials supplied through our platform can be returned.
Eligible Returns
Materials may be eligible for return under the following conditions:
- Unused & Undamaged: The materials must be in original condition, unused, and undamaged.
- Original Packaging: Materials must be returned in their original packaging with all accompanying documentation (invoice, delivery note, etc.).
- Within Return Window: The return request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Non-customized Materials: Only standard/non-customized materials are eligible for return. Custom-cut, pre-ordered, or special-request items are non-returnable.
Non-returnable Items
The following categories of materials are not eligible for return:
- Cement, sand, aggregates (perishable items)
- Opened or partially used materials (e.g., paint buckets, chemicals)
- Electrical or plumbing fixtures once installed or tampered with
- Materials delivered to site and exposed to weather conditions
- Clearance or discounted stock marked as “Final Sale”
Return Process
- Initiate Return Request
Email us at returns@nofalsepromise.com or call our support team within the return window. Provide:- Order ID
- Item details
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
- Inspection & Approval
Our quality team will inspect the returned materials either at the site or post pick-up. Approval is subject to condition verification. - Return Pickup or Drop-off
- Return logistics will be coordinated based on the material type and site location.
- In some cases, customers may be required to drop off materials at our designated warehouse.
- Refund or Replacement
Once the return is approved:- Refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Or, you may choose to receive replacement material or a credit note for future purchases.
Return Charges
- A restocking fee of up to 10% may be applicable depending on the material type.
- Transportation charges for pickup may be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to NoFalsePromise error (e.g., wrong or damaged delivery).
Additional Terms
- No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
- In case of disputes, the decision of NoFalsePromise’s Quality Control Team will be final.
