Prior housekeeping experience preferred.

Summary: Manage on-site execution, ensure project quality, and work closely with contractors and vendors.

Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure adherence to design and safety standards.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and workers.
Track project progress and update project managers.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
1–3 years of site experience preferred.
Strong technical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects within deadlines and budgets.

5+ years of experience in project management.

Experience: Skilled Carpenter (On-Site Work)

Summary: Build and install frameworks and structures according to technical specifications.

Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood or other materials.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

  • Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with tax laws.
  • Assist with budgeting and auditing.

Requirements:

Knowledge of accounting software (Tally/ERP).

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
