Entity: NoFalsePromise, a division of NFP TECHNO BUILD.
1. Definitions
- NoFalsePromise (NFP): A real estate channel partner facilitating property sales, listings, and referrals.
- Property Lister: An individual who posts property details on NFP’s platform or through its sales channels.
- Referrer: A person who refers a genuine buyer leading to a successful transaction.
- Buyer: A person who completes the property purchase through NFP.
- Owner: Legal owner of the property who releases funds upon registration and final payment.
2. Scope of Services
- NFP acts as a platform for listing properties, generating leads, and connecting buyers and sellers.
- NFP facilitates site visits, documentation, and transaction coordination with the seller/builder/owner.
- Referral and listing rewards are provided for verified, completed transactions only.
3. Commission to Property Lister
- Any individual who posts their property for sale via NFP will be eligible for a 0.2% commission of the registered price of the property.
- The reward is processed only after:
- Successful registration of the property to the buyer.
- Completion of all financial transactions (including full payment and clearance).
- Release of funds to NFP by the property owner or developer.
- This is applicable only for properties listed directly by individuals (not builders or brokers) and subject to NFP verification.
4. Commission to Referrer
- A Referrer who introduces a genuine buyer that results in a successful transaction will receive a 1% commission of the registered sale value.
- The payout will be made after:
- Successful registration of the property.
- Buyer completes 100% payment.
- Funds are released by the seller/owner/developer.
- Duplicate claims will not be entertained. Referrer must ensure their referral is recorded before site visit or booking.
5. Disbursement Conditions
- All commissions will be processed within 30 working days from the date of:
- Completion of legal registration.
- Confirmation of financial clearance.
- Receipt of commission from the property owner or builder.
- NFP is not liable for delays caused by the property owner or developer in releasing funds.
6. Eligibility & Proof
- To claim the commission:
- The lister or referrer must have an active record on NFP’s platform or CRM.
- All claims must be made with supporting documents like ID proof, communication trail, and NFP acknowledgment.
- Disputes in referral ownership will be resolved based on timestamped CRM entries and NFP’s internal records.
7. Exclusions
- Listings posted by builders, brokers, or third parties are not eligible for 0.2% commission.
- Referrals already registered or handled by NFP or another channel will not be eligible for the 1% commission.
- Fake, duplicate, or unverifiable listings/referrals will be disqualified.
8. Dispute Resolution
- Any commission-related dispute shall be subject to internal audit and final decision by NFP management.
- Legal jurisdiction lies with courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
9. Modification of Terms
- NFP reserves the right to revise or suspend this reward/commission policy at any time with or without prior notice.
